Description: The LSTN Handbook is an evolving reference guide to help libraries in building, operating, and troubleshooting their SatNOGS-powered satellite ground station. With participation from Libre Space, MIT, and our public library partners, we will be developing the Handbook throughout the pilot and the latest version of the Handbook will be uploaded here as new chapters are added.
